Various parts can be made with whatever plugs you come up with. I bought a 4' x 8' sheet of damaged white ABS in .030" thickness for $12 and that would make a good suppy of wing tips, cowlings and what have you. The process is fairly simple and can be quickly learned with a little trial and error.
