Applying the vacuum.
Here the frame has been pushed down on the vacuum box and is just starting to draw down. This happens very quickly. A lucky shot caught it just starting to pull. The vacuum was turned on just as the frame was placed to avoid drawing excessive dust. Note the oven mitts.
