The frame
Two frames like this were cut out of 1/2" plywood. The cut out fits down on the shoulder of the vacuum box. The protective poly is peeled from the blank. Here we are using .030 PETG. This is the same as pop bottle plastic and was bought from GE Polymer Shapes. The frame could be fancier I just used what I had on hand. Other plastics are available from the hobby shop.
