The crutch
I had to go back from XP to 98 to get the banner feature working in my printer. The drive strips were pulled off tractor paper which allowed the crutch to be printed out in two strips. I drew a line 150mm from the centerline to aid in taping the sheets together. The sheets were slid until the distance was correct and then taped together. The crutch was split into fore and aft sections for ease of handling. Here it has been tacked to 1/8" panelling with 3M 77 spray adhesive.
