Trial assembly
Here everthing has been final fitted and is just about ready for painting. A mould of the canopy was made and a spare vacuum formed. Fairing the canopy in was a chore. I could have done a better job. The engine takes a strap on muffler although there is provision for a bolt-on. That bolt-on one must be around here someplace. Just couldn't find it. Getting the muffler on and being able to tighten the strap was tricky. I made a new strap and positioned the tightening bolt so it could be reached with a nut driver.
